1. What subscription plans do you offer, and what do they include?​

We offer several subscription plans tailored to meet a variety of needs, from individual creators to large enterprises. Our Starter plan is perfect for beginners and small projects, while our Premium and Enterprise plans provide more advanced features, including advance features, higher project limits, and access to premium support. 2. How does billing work?​

Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle, which can be monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. You can switch your billing cycle at any time through your account settings.

3. How do I delete my account?​

If you wish to delete your account, please visit the "Account Settings" section and select "Delete Account." Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion. Remember, this action is irreversible.

4. What is the cancellation policy?​

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Do pricing tiers have usage limits?​

Yes, each plan comes with its own set of usage limits, such as number of projects you can create, premium support and advanced features. These limits are designed to fit the typical needs of each tier.

7. What happens to my projects if I change my subscription from premium to a standard plan?​

If you decide to switch from a premium to a standard (free) plan, rest assured that your projects will remain intact. However, access to certain premium features used within those projects may be restricted, and you may not be able to publish or update the project unless it complies with the feature set available in the starter plan. Projects utilizing premium features will be locked from publishing until either the features are removed or the account is upgraded back to a premium plan. This ensures that you can still manage and edit your projects, but with an awareness of the feature limitations of the plan you've chosen.

8. Is it possible to temporarily freeze my account?​

Absolutely, we understand that flexibility is key. If you need to take a break, you can easily put your account on hold for 1, 3, or 6 months. This way, you can pause your subscription without losing your projects or data. When you're ready to return, simply reactivate your account, and pick up right where you left off.
